❓ What operating systems do you support?
By default we offer Linux (Ubuntu / Debian). Other distributions are possible on request. Windows Server is available with custom configurations and individual agreement.
❓ Can I move an existing site/project?
Yes – we can help with migration from another VPS or shared hosting: files, databases, basic web server setup (nginx/Apache), etc. For more complex projects we clarify the details individually.
❓ Do you have backups?
We have support for ZFS snapshots and replication to separate storage. The specific policy (how often, how long) depends on your plan and needs. For critical projects we also recommend your own off-site backup.
❓ What does support include?
We monitor the main infrastructure metrics and react when there are incidents. We help with resource issues, basic configuration and diagnostics. Application development and complex DevOps are not included, but we can discuss additional services.
❓ How do payments work?
Payments are handled through the Client panel (FOSSBilling) – depending on the available payment methods we enable (card, bank transfer, etc.). Invoices are generated automatically by the system.
❓ Can I upgrade/downgrade resources?
Yes, in most cases we can increase CPU, RAM and disk on an existing VPS without long downtime. For large changes or specific needs we may suggest a new VPS and a smooth migration.
❓ Do you offer custom VPS / storage solutions?
Yes – if the standard plans don’t fit your needs, you can use: We’ll get back to you with a concrete offer.
